  • Sunflower seed butter is a good source of protein, and higher in magnesium, phosphorous, zinc, copper, and selenium than either almond or peanut butter.
  • Good source of manganese and vitamin E.
  • Sunflower seed butter is higher in monounsaturated fat than almond or peanut butters, and has about half the saturated fat of peanut butter.
